Activity Support: from Design to Commissioning of Plants
M2E Projects has solid know-how, acquired from international projects, and offers Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up services for plants. The objective is to provide support for operations and activities from the planning phase to the commissioning of the plant.
We are able to perform the following services:
- process management from Mechanical Completion to Start-up, and from Start-up turnover to operations and final hand-over to the customer
- development and maintenance of the Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up process
- development and control of the Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up budget
- development of Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up procedures according to customer requirements
- control of punch-lists
- coordination of commissioning engineers, operations supervisors, commissioning technicians, LOTO/Turnover coordinators.
Turnover Management System
The Turnover Management System is an operational plan that aims to develop the following activity phases for plant management, managed both on-site and remotely:
- preparation and issue of QA/QC certificates
- organization of electrical equipment construction activities
- monitoring of equipment construction activities
- construction punch-list management
- monitoring of different areas of construction
- preparation of Turnover System documentation and certificates for the mechanical, electro-instrumental, pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing and start-up areas of the plant
- supervision of construction development
- management of pre-commissioning activities based on construction progress
- management of the Punch-list of relevant elements, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning
M2E Projects has the necessary skills in its team to manage the Pre-commissioning and Commissioning phases, ensuring the delivery of all the deliverables of the various units, and then proceed to Start-up.
